LOST PUPPY POLICY
OVERVIEW
Fate & Fury accepts no liability or responsibility for the property of others. We assume that everyone knows what they came in with and is unwilling to separate with it. However, F&F encourages our patrons and guests to turn in items of found property to a member of our management and/or staff.
Valuables or Money
Fate & Fury cautiously accepts valuable found property items (i.e., “valuables”) or currency found on site. “Valuables” are defined as items valued at $25 or more and items of obvious value, e.g. nifty playing cards and/or mini-figs. “Non-valuables or non-monetary items” are defined as items valued at less than $25 or items of used personal property, e.g., clothing, personal belongings.
Securing Found Property
Fate & Fury will maintain a dedicated holding unit for found property. We will attempt to document when found property is turned into our staff. However, between managing events, selling packs of cards, and not burning tots, things may just get thrown into a box.
Claims by Owner
To claim found property, the apparent owner must satisfactorily establish his or her ownership or right of possession. Details are important when making a claim for lost property.
Disposition of Unclaimed Property
If a found item is not claimed by a valid owner after 60 days, Fate & Fury will make a determination regarding the future of said property. This includes, but is not limited to disposal, donation, or being resold.
Actual Puppies
We’re going to keep them and adopt them to people who actually care about their pets. What kind of monster forgets a puppy?! Seriously, you had your chance with it.
