Our refund and returns policy is simple. All sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also possess the original receipt, a note from Gary Gygax excusing from any and all retail policies nationwide.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food (Candy, Chips, Dried meat products, liquid refreshments, and anything found on our menu), books, magazines, game accessories and/or peripherals cannot be returned. We also do not accept products considered sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Game cards
• Figurines
• Game mats, dice, boxes, etc.

Used products are sold “As is”. When appropriate, please contact the manufacturer regarding matters of quality and/or missing pieces.

There are no situations where partial refunds are granted.
